Space King Construction delivered a multi-workstream renewal and compliance programme at Omaha Marae as Lead Contractor, managing upgrades across multiple buildings within a live community environment. The project required coordinated delivery of safety, accessibility, and building upgrades while maintaining a respectful presence within the community.
Our Role
As Lead Contractor, we managed the programme across multiple buildings, coordinating trades, sequencing workstreams, and maintaining oversight of compliance, quality assurance, and health and safety. Our role extended beyond construction delivery to include structured planning, stakeholder coordination, and reporting aligned with Auckland Council requirements.
