Space King Construction recently completed a multi-workstream renewal and compliance programme at Omaha Marae, operating as Lead Contractor across multiple buildings within a live community environment.

The project involved life safety and accessibility upgrades, coordination of fire, mechanical, plumbing, drainage, and electrical works, along with bathroom renewals, repairs, and external works across the site.
